10 Steps Towards A Good Night’s Sleep

And your heart screams in agony! The final result – you start depending on those creepy sleeping pills ๐Ÿ˜ Well honey, you don’t have to.. You don’t need a doctor to fix you either! Trust me, it’s easier than you think ๐Ÿ™‚

Just follow these 10 simple steps and notice the sleepy change in 3 days! ๐Ÿ™‚

Step 1: Get rid of all the work before bed time. Plus, do try to get to bed a bit early. ย unnamed (1)Step 2: Take a nice warm bath.
